By purchasing a license through our payment system, you acknowledge that you have read all product requirements and verified compatibility with your device. IChams disclaims liability for any third-party infringement claims arising from your usage of our products.

We reserve the right to revoke or deny access to our products and services for the following (but not limited to) reasons:

• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent payment activities
• Misuse of an account or tampering with our software
• Abusive or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• Violation of our community guidelines
• Working for or with an entity (e.g., anti-cheat organizations) that directly conflicts with IChams

In such cases, you are not entitled to a refund or compensation, and we may block your account, device, or network at our sole discretion.

3. License Transfer

Licenses are assigned to the activated device and cannot be used by other devices. License sharing is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to reset the Hardware ID (HWID) for transfer the license to another device without authorization will result in immediate termination of the license.

4. Purchases & Payment Processing

• You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information, including email address, payment method, and any required account details.
• You authorize IChams to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes or fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of funds.
• Attempts to “chargeback” or deny legitimate payments may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and possible legal action.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital goods, we do not offer refunds for used or partially used products. Please ensure you have carefully read and understood the requirements before purchasing.

If you believe there was an error on our part or you have an issue that is not caused by your own violation of these Terms, please contact our support team. Any refunds or credits issued are solely at our discretion.

6. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using any IChams software ("Software"), you agree to our EULA, which grants you a revocable, limited, nonexclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Software.

Any breach of this EULA will result in immediate termination of your license, and you must cease all use of the Software.
